A: When delivering leads directly to storage facilities, it would be very difficult and time consuming to track rental activity. While it is our long term vision to closely align rental activity and the fees that are being charged on FLS, at this time, charging on a lead basis is the best solution.

A: FLS is owned and operated by a consortium of storage companies that have the same goals and objectives as you: to lower the cost of acquiring new customers over time. While no one can fight inflation indefinitely, through continued growth, industry collaboration, and economies of scale, FLS strives to continuously drive down the cost of leads and customer acquisition.
